Who we are

MoCo HUB is an internal application of Montgomery County Concrete, LLC. It is not available to the public and does not collect information from website visitors.

Information MoCo HUB accesses

Through the Company’s own QuickBooks Online account, MoCo HUB reads and creates business records needed for operations: customer names and contact details, projects and job numbers, and related accounting records. It also stores the job and customer information that Company staff enter into it.

How the information is used

Only to run the Company’s business: creating and tracking jobs, keeping customer records consistent between systems, and supporting accounting and reporting.

Where it is stored

Information is stored in the Company’s Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dataverse environment in the United States. Access is limited to authorized Company employees signed in with Company accounts.

Sharing

The Company does not sell or rent this information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the systems involved (Microsoft and Intuit) or when required by law.

Security

The QuickBooks Online connection uses Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 authorization. Credentials are stored in secured Company systems and are not shared.

Retention and disconnection

Records are kept as long as needed for business and legal purposes. The Company can disconnect MoCo HUB from QuickBooks Online at any time, after which no further information is read or written.
