End User License Agreement
Effective October 20, 2026
1. Scope
This agreement governs use of MoCo HUB, an internal software application owned and operated by Montgomery County Concrete, LLC (“the Company”). MoCo HUB is used only by the Company and its authorized employees.
2. License
The Company grants authorized employees a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MoCo HUB solely to perform their job duties for the Company. No other license is granted.
3. Restrictions
Users may not share their access, copy or distribute the application, attempt to bypass its security, or use it for any purpose unrelated to Company business.
4. QuickBooks Online connection
MoCo HUB connects to the Company’s own QuickBooks Online account through Intuit’s authorized interface. Intuit Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for MoCo HUB.
5. Termination
The Company may suspend or end any user’s access at any time, including when employment ends.
6. Disclaimer
MoCo HUB is provided “as is” for internal business use, without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
